1 ) Position - Technical Support Engineer

Location - Pune

Experience - 3-5 Years

Job Description

Role And Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to users via e-mail, service tickets, phone and web-portal (BE Communities.) Assist with all facets of Bentley users and technical support by helping to identify user issues by isolating and resolving the issue or by proper escalation.

• Advise and train users regarding the product’s proper use and address specific user issues.

• Act as liaison between user and development support.

• Provide proper diagnosis and resolution to the user.

• Keep accurate notes and details on user support requests.

• Recreating the issue in-house on test systems to isolate the cause of the issue.

• Communicate with staff members regarding current/ongoing issues.

• Review, analyze and evaluate information technology systems operations to diagnose the issue

• Document software problem defects for review and corrective action.

• Meet with internal Bentley teams to provide the users’ perspective on our products and services

Educational Qualification

• Product knowledge of ProjectWise product suites or similar document management systems such as Documentum, Vault, Aconex is required

• Beginning to intermediate knowledge of relational databases: Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle required

• Beginning to intermediate knowledge of IIS (Internet Information Services), SharePoint.

• Intermediate knowledge of Networking (DNS, TCP\IP, FQDN, cluster environments)

• Intermediate knowledge of Windows Operating System (Server and client)

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Experience

3 -5 years of experience in technical support with user interaction and troubleshooting fundamentals demonstrated required.

2 ) Position - Senior Software Quality Analyst

Location - Pune

Experience - 6-8 Years

Job Description

Role And Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze product requirements, communicate with product management teams

• Create and maintain multiple automation environments

• Create and execute regression, performance and workflow tests

• Develop test design of user scenarios, test cases and checklists

• Validation and failure analysis

Educational Qualification

• B.E / M.E. /B.S. /M.S in any Engineering discipline
• Strong sense of logic and understanding of engineering workflow
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript etc 
• Knowledge of automated test procedures and technologies

Experience

1. 6-8 years’ experience in automation testing
2. Experience in designing, developing, execution of reusable and maintainable automated scripts
3. Experience in Manual Testing of CAD based software is plus

3 ) Position - Associate Technical Support Engineer

Location - Kolkata, India

Experience - 1-4 Years

Role And Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous troubleshooting and technical support to users via e-mail, phone and web-portal.
• Assist with all facets of Bentley users and technical support by helping to identify user issues by isolating and resolving the issue or by proper escalation.
• Troubleshoot the users support request using the available tools and resources while following the appropriate processes and procedures.
• Advise and train users regarding the product’s proper use and address specific user issues.
• Act as liaison between user and development support.
• Provide proper diagnosis and resolution to the user.
• Keep accurate notes and details on user support requests.
• Communicate with staff members regarding current/ongoing issues.
• Document software problem defects for review and corrective action.
• Meet with internal Bentley teams to provide the users perspective on our products and services.
• Should participate and contribute in writing blogs, wiki's, tech articles on company's portal.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, Construction, or other related discipline.

• Knowledge of MicroStation or AutoCAD or other Bentley Building Application (OpenBuildings/AECOSim) is an asset.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Very Good English.
• Good knowledge in German language would have added benefit.
• A motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Experience

• 1-4 years of experience in technical support with user interaction and troubleshooting fundamentals demonstrated.
• Some experience in construction would be added benefit
