Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (in any stream)
Experience: 1 - 4 Years

Background & Skills:

• 1 - 4 years of Software Development experience
• Hands-on Programming experience in C#, .Net, ASP.Net and Angular JS
• Strong knowledge of OOPS
• Strong knowledge of relational Databases (MSSQL /MySQL/Oracle)
• Experience in working on Agile Methodology
• Experience in Client Communication, Requirement Gathering/Analysis, SRS Preparation, Design, Implementation and Testing

INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER / SR. INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER

Location - Pune
Qualification:B.E./B.Tech  Instrumentation
Experience: 4 - 8 Years

Background & Skills:

Candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in the preparation / review / approval of following design/detail engineering deliverables for the Chemical/Petrochemical/Oil & Gas/Water sector projects:

• Design Basis, Instrument Index, IO List, Loop Diagrams, Instrumentation Specifications, Instrument Datasheets, Hook-up Drawings, Instrument Cable & JB Schedule, Location Layouts, Cable Tray Layouts, Control Room Layouts, Wiring and Interconnection Diagrams, MTO, Tender Documents for Construction

• Inter-disciplinary activities like P&IDs Check and Review, 3D Model Review and IDC Process

• Experience in Instrument Sizing Calculations for Orifice, Flow Meter and Control Valve Sizing

• Exposure to Air and Power Consumption Calculations, Intrinsic Safety Validation Calculations and Field Instrument Selection

• Hazardous Area Classification and Selection of Instruments for particular Hazardous Area

• Experience in preparation / review / approval of MR, TBE and Vendor Document Review

• Review of Control System PLC/DCS/SCADA Documents and Approval to Vendors

• Exposure to F&G and Telecom System Layouts for Plants & Buildings is a must

• Experience in Control System Design, Control System Architecture, FAT/SAT, Site Support and Commissioning Support is a must

• Knowledge related to Communication Protocols like HART / FF/ Modbus / Profibus etc. is a must

• Should have worked as a mid-level engineer

• Working knowledge on SPI will be added advantage

• Coordination with Vendors and Clients

• Ability to handle US/Europe/Gulf based Clients is a must

• Good communication skills and mid-level managerial skills along with core technical knowledge is a must

EXECUTIVE SALES – DEMAND / LEAD GENERATION

Location - Pune
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (in any stream) with an MBA (Preferred)
Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years

Background & Skills:

• Development of Prospect Pipeline through identification and focused research
• Candidate should have experience of 6 months to 3 years
• Making outbound (cold/warm) calls to find qualified leads in the assigned region (International market)
• Follow-up on project based inquiries, engage in intelligent conversations with these inquiries and get concerned point of contact interested in setting up appointments with the Sales team
• Update prospect database with call activities and generate alternate contacts
• Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads
• Generate qualified leads within target accounts as determined by Sales
• Excellent communication skills - Candidate will be required to deal with prospects from the USA/UK/EMEA regions
• Candidate must be ready to work in international shift timings (1.00 PM – 10.00 PM or 2.00 PM – 11.00 PM)

ROCKWELL PLC ENGINEER

Location: Pune
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or M.E. / M.Tech. (Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation)
Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Background & Skills:

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience related to Rockwell
• Excellent communications & interpersonal skills, along with client facing experience
• Hands-on experience of field integration projects
• Industry experience of Unwinder Rewinder Programming & Commissioning, Cognex Vision, and Pulp & Web Handling (for Paper Industry & Paper Converting Machines)
• Hands-on experience of Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting on site
• Hands-on experience of working on Rockwell Platform Tools 9(Studio 5000, Factorytalk View HMI-ME and SE, Kinetix 5700 & 6000 Servo Drives, and PowerFlex VFD Drives)
• Hands on experience of Servo Drive Tuning, VFD Setups, Calibration and Application Setup on site
• Hands-on experience in development of SCADA on Wonderware InTouch
• Hands-on experience in development of SCADA on Wonderware InTouch
• Experience of
  • Safety PLC - Pilz PLC and software development
  • Handling and programming Glue Dispensing System - Nordson / any other OEM- Glue System Application
  • Dust handling equipment programming
  • Packaging equipment programming
  • Working on AutoCAD
• Candidate should be flexible to travel to international sites independently, for understanding the scope of clients, site commissioning, etc.
