Job Description

Role And Responsibilities

• Works on SAP ABAP RICEF (Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms) development.
• Provide oversight, analysis, and evaluation for all aspects necessary to plan, design, and deliver SAP custom development and integration solution utilizing SPXFLOW Development and Quality standards and best practices.
• Follows SPXFLOW development and quality standards and processes.
• Designs and develops fool-proof and high-quality custom SAP and integration solutions.
• Creates technical specifications and technical documentation
• Should be able to mentor junior resources if needed.
• Performs peer code reviews and provide feedback to team lead and manager.
• Performs and help other developers perform unit and integration testing of development objects.
• Prioritize own tasks to ensure optimum utilization and fast turnaround for development requests.
• Provide status updates to the team lead and manager(s).
• Engage in continuous learning and self-improvement efforts.
• Working closely with functional teams to provide technical guidance.
• Any functional experience would be a great asset.
• Able to manage complex requirements and work with the functional leads and developers to deliver solutions.
• Able to multi-task and work extended hours/weekends when needed.
• Able to troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide fast resolutions

Educational Qualification

• Minimum educational qualification B. Tech/ B.E/ MCA in full-time course from recognized university and institute in India. 
• Mastery development quality tools and processes, code inspector, performance trace, ABAP debugger, RFC trace, and ABAP 7.4/7.5 language features.

• Strong personal motivation, excellent work ethic, and positive, team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energy.

• Should be able to work as a team member or as an individual contributor.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Well versed with architecture and functionality of SAP NetWeaver and other related SAP products/solutions

Experience

• 7-10 years of demonstrated mastery of design, development, and implementation of SAP technical development and integration solutions.
• Have participated in at least 3 full lifecycle SAP projects.
• 5+ years of experience supporting SAP customers based in Europe and North America.
• Prior experience of working at customer locations in SAP North America or Europe will be a PLUS.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in developing solutions for SAP functional areas of SD, MM, PS, PP, FI & CO.

• Hands-on experience with the development of SAPScript, SmartForms, Adobe forms, ALV reports, Workflow, Interfaces, LSMW, Enhancements, and other ABAP developments
• Knowledge and experience in implementing SAP integration solutions using IDocs, ALE, RFCs, BAPIs, and other 3rd party integration solutions including integration with Microsoft technologies using .net connector.
• Experience with implementing SAP integration scenarios using WebMethods is desirable

2. Associate IT Service Help Desk Specialist

Location - Bangalore

Job Description

Role And Responsibilities

• Manages the lifecycle (ticket generation to closure) of all in-scope incidents and service requests in line with service tickets' best practice ways of working.

• Work within a team environment across the enterprise

• Resolves incidents and fulfills service requests with a high level of customer servicell

• Prepare and maintain KDs for services in scope.

• Provide support, guidance & training to other IT staff when required.

•  Participate in testing for the introduction of new or improved services.

• Develop knowledge base and expertise around BU application/solution portfolio.

•  Provides local hands-on services for networks, servers, printers, etc. as required.

• Other duties as assigned

Educational Qualification

• BE/B.Tech/Masters/Bachelors Degree in regular/full-time course from recognized university and institute in India

• Sound expertise with windows-based desktop, hardware, software, networking and peripherals including, but not limited to, Microsoft o365 products, desktops, laptops, VPN, printers, video conferencing, telecommunications devices/monitoring tool including mobile devices, local area network, etc.

• Good knowledge of working with a Service Desk tool and IT processe

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• A broad base of desktop tools and application run time environments (Java, C++, VB, etc). 

• A take-charge individual with lots of energy & initiative. Provide ownership.

• Adept at understanding and learning multiple technologies. 

• Excellent customer service skills and customer focus.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Must be highly self-motivated, self-directed, exhibit strong initiative, and be attentive to detail.

• Good English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language.

• Flexibility to travel within the defined region to support upgrades, maintenance, projects as required.

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in a related position in a corporate environment supporting global users

• Experience with Desktop, LAN, and telecommunications devices including mobile devices is a must

• Prior experience supporting executives and/or working in a professional environment

• Preferred Education / Experience
• Microsoft, A+,ITIL
