Job Description

Role And Responsibilities

• Ensuring quality in the team's deliverables.

• Identifying test needs, executing test and driving the implementation of auto tests.

• Handling the responsibility of the local team's test strategy and work with other test engineers and teams to improve the overall test strategy and quality of test.

• Being responsible for the test infrastructure, including virtual and physical test environment.

• Suggesting and implementing test tools and improving existing tools.

• Searching for opportunities to improve test quality by identifying improvements and sharing of best practices.

• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Educational Qualification

• B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field from reputed institution.

• Should have good knowledge of Linux, Docker, ASP.Net, React, C#, Azure DevOps, Azure PaaS.

• Should have designing and developing test automation scripts.

• Should have excellent knowledge of different test tools and platforms.

• Good to have experience from industrial automation is preferred.

• Should have excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work both in team and independently, ability to plan and organize the work.

Experience

• Required 3-6 years of experience from test automation and software development
