Job Description

Role And Responsibilities

• Detail Drawing Study
• Prepare the Manufacturing drawing after work order release.
• Prepare the Bill of Material (Preliminary & Final BOM) of Material.
• Prepare the design Calculation for checking feasibility of that product.
• Material planning with reference to preliminary BOM, Simultensionly Discussing with purchase & store team regarding the availability of that material to avoid delay in the project.
• Planning of project & controlling the project by preparing the project schedule to meet the customer dispatch date.
• Efficiently drafting, detailing, section with BOM.
• Solving problems in the shop floor by working closely with production people involved in fabrication, machining, assembly and testing areas.
• Participating the internal meeting with purchase, store & production regarding upcoming project for production planning.
• To maintain ISO, CE file of all project, team leader for varies audits like CE,ISO 9001:2008 & Exova Warrington Audit etc.
• Participated in meetings and discussions with clients and contractors regarding issues.
• Preparing the outsourcing the drawings (Nesting, machining Drawing etc.)
• Coordinating with Project, Purchase, and Production & Design.
• Technical training to new joins.

Educational Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M. Tech (Mechanical / Mechatronics)

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience of Hydraulic component / Product design
